Returns and Refunds Policy
Coveside is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please read the following policy carefully.

Consumer Guarantees and Faulty Items
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if our products fail to meet consumer guarantees. This includes items that are faulty, significantly different from their description, or do not perform as reasonably expected. If you believe your towel has a manufacturing defect or does not match the advertised specifications, please contact us at hello@coveside.com.au within 30 days of purchase. During the busy Christmas season Orders between Dec 17 and Jan 17 the returns window will be extended to 45 days. We may request photographs or further information to assess the issue.

Change of Mind Returns
Although we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs and ensure you remain a happy customer. If you find yourself dissatisfied for reasons other than a defect or misrepresentation, please reach out to us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email or call us with your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the fault).
  2. Assessment: We will review your claim and advise on the next steps.
  3. Outcome: If your claim is accepted under ACL guidelines, we will offer a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Costs
If we request the item be returned for inspection or remedy, we will cover the return shipping costs (through a download and print form or by reimbursing you directly) for items found to be faulty or not as described. We will not cover the cost of freight or shipping in relation to any returns that are outside of product fault or manufacturing issues.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed promptly (within 14 days), with the payment credited back to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged.
